Return Policy


Thank you for shopping at TUGHARNESS. We wish to ensure a satisfactory experience for you. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the receipt of the product.

Deliveries are generally made within 5-7 working days ranging to a maximum of 10 days in some rare instances. TUGHARNESS delivers only across India and does not cater to International orders. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full, if the payment is made through payment gateway.

We do not cater to delivery on national holidays or festive days, our business days are from Monday through Friday. Each individual order is taken care of with speedy and valuable delivery freighters.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days. In some rare instances, the processing of a shipment can take up to 3-14 days, depending on the product availability with us. Our shipping is free and does not include any hidden charges. If some product is not available for the free delivery policy, would notify you about it when you check out through your cart. Please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays when calculating the shipping dates. Shipping will not be executed to P.O. Boxes, please provide a complete postal address for a hassle-free delivery to your doorstep.

  • Order ID

Merchandise will not be accepted without the order ID. Invoice is not a compulsion for any returns or exchange. Please email us your concerned query or fill up the form available on the website, and we ensure our customer service team will get back to you and resolve the issue.

  • Unopened Merchandise

‘Unopened merchandise’ may be returned within 15days of purchase and delivery. The product can be simply returned to us through prepaid shipping or sing the most convenient method of return available to you.

  • Opened Merchandise

‘Opened merchandise’ or products can be exchanged or returned within 15days of receiving the product. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging.

  • Cancelled Orders

Cancellations can only be made till an order is not shipped, no cancellations will be entertained after that. On refusing to accept the order on receiving it, both outbound and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  • Customised Items

No returns or exchange will be made for products made on order or customised items on special requests. These items are not listed or stocked at our warehouse therefore any returns will not be entertained. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.

  • Damaged Products

You must check the item on receiving it for any damage before signing the delivery receipt from the carrier. We will not be responsible for any damage after that and any alterations or repair of damage to be done will be arranged by you to courier us. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.

  • Suspect Damage

At times, the outer carton might get damaged while courier service but the product inside is safe. If you suspect there is some damage, please mention “possible freight damage” on the delivery receipt. Thus, ensuring you less hassle on claiming a remedy of freight damage.

  • Obvious Damage

Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please
